Charles Eugene Hoyle

Charles Eugene Hoyle, 47, of Dixon, died on November 5, 1987, while vacationing in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. He was retired from Northwestern Steel and Wire Co.

Chuck was born November 14, 1939, in Dixon to J. R. "Doc" and Nancy (Burrows) Hoyle. He was married to Bonnie Henson on April 23, 1961, in Dixon.

He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife of Dixon,; mother of Rockford; daughter, Mrs. Phil (Dee) Lahey, of Dixon; son, Jeff, of Dixon; sister, Mrs. Lee (Joyce) White of Freeport; brother, William R. "Buck" of Grand Detour; and grandson, Matthew Charles Lahey of Dixon.
